Payment

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and pre-payment by money order acceptable. If you send a personal check, we will hold it for 14 days before processing the order. Please send a money order instead of a personal check. All shipments must be paid in advance. If there is an animal or merchandise you want, we are willing to arrange a payment plan if the total cost of the sale exceeds $500.00.  For payments being mailed we will put a 24 hour courtesy hold on the animal to wait for payment. OH residents add 7.75% sales tax.

Shipping

All supply shipments will be shipped UPS ground. Need it fast? Next Day or Second Day Air are available for an additional charge.

All animal shipments are shipped Fed Ex Priority overnight directly to your door. Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temps in route are between 40-90 degrees. If the package is delayed by the carrier, our guarantee still applies.  We cannot track every shipment, so in the rare case that a package containing a live animal is late by more than 5 hours please contact us so we can help figure out the reason for the delay.

All venomous reptiles will be shipped through delta dash cargo all delta freight is shipped from airport to airport. It is your responsibility to pick up the animals when they arrive at your nearest airport. In accordance with Delta airlines venomous reptiles can only be shipped on A.S.A flights.  Be prepared to drive to another airport to receive your freight Delta A.S.A flights do not go to every airport.  All federal laws and shipping regulations apply. We will NOT ship venomous reptiles to minors and we reserve the right to refuse sale of any venomous reptiles to anyone we do not think has the experience to keep these animals. There are absolutely no exceptions to our policies regarding the shipment and sales of venomous reptiles. This policy is in place for your safety, the animal's safety and the safety of others.

Crocodilians are very hard animals to ship. If you purchase a crocodile from us we can offer other shipping arrangements or local pick up.  We will not guarantee live arrival on crocodilians that are shipped. Transporting crocodilians is an extremely stressful situation on these creatures. We prefer these animals be picked up. No Crocodilians will be sold to minors, and all federal laws and regulations apply. Some crocodilian species require C.B.W. permits.  We can help you obtain these permits, and we will refuse the sale if you do not have the appropriate permits for these animals. We will require a copy of all permits before the completion of the sale.

Keep in mind, that this is an estimate, if you order a five foot crocodile or any large reptile or oversized it, it will cost more, and you will be notified before your order is processed.

Animal Shipping Guarantee

Chaos Reptiles and Supply, LLC guarantees our animals to be alive, healthy, and to your satisfaction upon arrival, and 48 hours from the time of arrival (amphibians are a live arrival only guarantee). Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours if you notice any problem upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, we expect you to call us first (we are open 7 days a week). We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must be there and sign for your animal delivery.

We also guarantee the sexing of our animals. If they are listed as males or females at our website, they are guaranteed to be as such. A pair is one male, and one female. Some species are hard to properly sex at a young age; these animals will be listed as unknown.

We not only breed some of our animals, many of the animals at our website are from some of the best breeders in the reptile hobby!  We make sure that we are offering the highest possible quality animals available.

Internal issues on imported animals are not included under our guarantee; it is an outward health guarantee only on imported animals. Please be aware of what you are purchasing, and do the proper research, ask us, as we are very happy to help answer any questions or concerns.

Our guarantee is void if you do not have the proper environment to house the animal in. This includes temperature, bedding, and proper lighting and water/humidity control. If an animal becomes ill shortly after the purchase but beyond our health guarantee, we are more than willing to help get the animal back to proper health, but only if you are willing to help insure the longevity of the animal.

We make every effort to pack animals according to your weather conditions, but can not guarantee animals when your daytime high temperature is above 90, or your daytime high temperature is below 35 degrees. Chaos Reptiles and Supply LLC is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals, and there are no cash refunds of any kind, store credit only.

Product Returns / Price Info

Returns on Dry Goods are issued by request up to 10 days after purchase. Shipping & handling is not refundable and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to a cash refund (not to store credit) Used items may not be returned. If something is not functioning properly, call us, we have all of our manufacturer's phone numbers for you. CD ROMs' and Books are not returnable for any reason at all. You must print and fill out a product return form to send with any returns. Prices are subject to change without notification. Any typos or price errors are subject to correction without filling the order.
