All supply shipments will be shipped UPS ground. Need it fast? Next Day or Second Day Air are available for an additional charge. To arrange for faster delivery you must call our office at 1-866-920-7145.

All animal shipments are shipped UPS Priority overnight directly to your door. Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 40-90 degrees. Shipping an animal has its risks. We cannot track every shipment, so in the rare case that a package containing a live animal is late by more than 5 hours please contact us so we can help figure out the reason for the delay.                                                                                                                      Live arrival is not guaranteed when a package containing a live animal is delayed by the carrier or freight company by more than twelve hours. Please understand that when an animal is shipped we are not in control of the package or its contents. If a delayed package arrives and the contents are deceased, Chaos Reptiles will file the appropriate claims with the shipping company handling the delayed package. We will file claims for the replacement of shipping fees and the replacement cost of the animal(s). Chaos Reptiles assumes no responsibility for the replacement cost of deceased animal(s), the cost of shipping or other costs that may be inccured when a package containing a live animal is delayed by more than 12 hours. All venomous reptiles will be shipped via Delta dash cargo. All Delta freight is shipped from airport to airport. It is your responsibility to pick up the animals when they arrive at your nearest airport. In accordance with Delta airlines venomous reptiles can only be shipped on A.S.A flights.  Be prepared to drive to another airport to receive your freight, as Delta A.S.A flights do not go to every airport.  All federal laws and shipping regulations apply. We will NOT ship venomous reptiles to minors and we reserve the right to refuse sale of any venomous reptiles to anyone we do not think has the experience to keep these animals. There are absolutely no exceptions to our policies regarding the shipment and sales of venomous reptiles. This policy is in place for your safety, the animal's safety and the safety of others.

Crocodilians are very hard animals to ship. If you purchase a crocodilian from us we can offer other shipping arrangements or local pick up.  We will not guarantee live arrival on crocodilians that are shipped. Transporting crocodilians is an extremely stressful situation on these creatures. We prefer these animals be picked up. No Crocodilians will be sold to minors, and all federal laws and regulations apply. Some crocodilian species require federal permits.  We can help you obtain these permits, and we will refuse the sale if you do not have the appropriate permits for these animals. We will require a copy of all permits before the completion of the sale.

Chaos Reptiles and Supply, LLC guarantees our animals to be alive, healthy, and to your satisfaction upon arrival, and 48 hours from the time of arrival (amphibians are a live arrival only guarantee). Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours, if you notice any problem upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, we expect you to call us first (we are open 7 days a week). We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must be there and sign for your animal delivery.

We also guarantee the sex of our animals. If they are listed as males or females on our website, they are guaranteed to be as such. A pair is one male and one female. Some species are hard to properly sex at a young age; these animals will be listed as unknown.

We not only breed some of our animals, many of the animals at our website are from some of the best breeders in the reptile hobby!  We make sure that we are offering the highest possible quality animals available.

Internal issues on imported animals are not included under our guarantee; it is an outward health guarantee only on imported animals. Please be aware of what you are purchasing, and do the proper research, ask us, as we are very happy to help answer any questions or concerns.

Our guarantee is void if you do not have the proper environment to house the animal in. This includes temperature, bedding, and proper lighting and water/humidity control. If an animal becomes ill shortly after the purchase but beyond our health guarantee, we are more than willing to help get the animal back to proper health, but only if you are willing to help ensure the longevity of the animal.

We make every effort to pack animals according to your weather conditions. We will not guarantee animals when your daytime high temperature is below 40º or above 90º.  Chaos Reptiles and Supply LLC is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals.  We do not offer cash refunds of any kind, however we will issue store credit.

Product Returns / Price Information

Returns on Dry Goods are issued by request up to 10 days after purchase. Shipping & handling is not refundable and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted. Used items may not be returned. If something is not functioning properly, please contact us. We can provide the manufacturer's phone numbers for you.  Books are not returnable for any reason at all. You must print and fill out a product return form to send with any returns. Prices are subject to change without notification.
